I found Room 4 to be quite clean and located toward the back. The single bed was comfortable for a restful sleep. The shower worked well with good water pressure.
The parking space was a bit small. It required some maneuvering.

the location worked very well for access. the room provided was really clean. i found good value for money . the self check in process went very smoothly.
the immediate area i found was not really pleasant. the neighbourhood did appear a bit run down. it could really use some improvements in appearance.

The location was perfect. free parking was available, always a huge plus (saves money, yeah!). i also appreciated the en-suite room. It made everything very convenient. there were fluffy towels in the room.
i noticed a very slight strange smell upon entering the building.
